What would be good KPI\’s for a warehousing and logistic company, to show financial growth in a percentage?

For my opinion the financial growth is already a metric that doesn’t need any additional KPIs/metrics to be calculated. 
As for warehousing/logistics KPIs it is a different question and depends a lot on how your business is operating now. Feel free to share your current challenges and we could discuss the best KPIs for them. 
Alternatively, you can find some ready-to-use commercial scorecard templates here for logistics and warehousing.
