Hi Elganidi,
I always do recommend to start with business context, this will allow to come up with right KPIs, and align them with proper business goals and sustainability issues. Here is the approach that we recommend.
I do recommend to do this analysis, another option is to use KPI sets, which for sure need to be tailored to your business. Here is Oil Product KPI and general supply chain KPIs.
