Hello KPI community. thank you very much for information you provide for KPI in your website. Just i wanted you help we need to know how to help employee to develop their KPI for performance appraisal review. As i understand from your website there is different between operational and strategic kpi. Could you please help in that by giving more explanation. Best Regards

The difference between strategic and operational was discussed in this article. A general idea is to have goals (and KPIs for them) that support your daily operations as well as goals that will introduce some change into the way you are doing your business.
