I would like to set KPIs for my software quality assurance and quality control team.
I will be glad if anyone could help me on this. My boss forgot that he had to submit his proposal to KPI to the higher management, and he’s now out for holiday.
He requested me to help him to create 5 different KPIs for the software QA team.. I am happy to do because it’s my own KPI..
