Migrating a software to its parent platform

Hi Sheila,It is hard to say without seeing the details. Start from asking some simple questions, e.g. what is important during this migration process, what are the key success factors, what should be avoid. The answers might work as a key for you indicators.Another thought that it make sense finding KPIs only when the challenge is big enough, if it is about doing something small in a right way, then just do it, without KPIs.
