Hello Dear,   Please I want to know what is the effective KPI related to the software developer ?   This is for business process.

Hello, a good approach would be to formulate current strategy first, map the challenges that a company is facing and how it is going to respond them. For example, a typical challenge of software development is software quality, in this article we discussed specifically the scorecard KPI that can help in this case.
