That’s a tough question. I have two directions for you to follow:
- Analyze business scorecards and KPIs of departments and individuals, find the most critical ones and get them on a scorecard of CEO.
- Pass thought out the 10-step KPI system and find indicators that business needs now. Normally, it is a good idea to look at “average shopping cart,” “average customer value,” “leads to sales conversions.”
