Hello,
I am int to logistics, handling business development. Can anyone give some advice on how to go about setting up KPI’s for Business development unit.

I’d recommend to start with strategy/business goals first. I believe you have some specific challenges that you need to address and some resources that are probably limited in some way.
A good starting point are those KPIs for logistics.
