My company which i work as sales executive for Generator . I wish to increase my sales

I think this question is out of the scope of KPIs. What you need is to formalize all your thoughts about various ways to increase sales, and come up with a solid strategy to achieve this goal.
 
We are talking about how to do this (not focusing specifically on sales domain), in this training.
