I’m developing project for state employment agency ‘ datawarehouse, and I would like to identify some common KPI’s for that.

Hi Igor,
There are various aspects of employment that you can track starting from basic one like “time to fill position” or some more complex like engagement index. Have a look at these articles here. And our general recommendation is to start with business context/strategy first and then move up to the KPIs.
