This indicator is for measuring the Diversity aspect of our Recruitment process; To measure current Diversity of our workforce in terms of Gender, Nationality, Religion, Age, Culture and Language.

While we let Diversity of all other types happen naturally there is one aspect we would actively like to impact: Gender Diversity.

KPI Units: %

KPI Time Frame: update once a quarter

Gender Ratio
Female %: Male %

Average number of nationalities of workforce (in measurement period, e.g. 1 year)
% of Ethnic Minorities
Total number of ethnic minorities/ Total number of ethnicities x 100

Average number of religions of workforce

Average number of languages spoken per employee
Total number of languages spoken / Total number of employees

Average number of languages spoken by workforce
