This indicator is for measuring the Diversity aspect of our Recruitment process; To measure current Diversity of our workforce in terms of Gender, Nationality, Religion, Age, Culture and Language.
While we let Diversity of all other types happen naturally there is one aspect we would actively like to impact: Gender Diversity.
