hi i m from MIS reporting and Data analysis team i make different report for CSATĀ 
analysis please suggest me how should i make the list of my kpis

Hello Reshma,
The first question to ask is what are your current goals and main challenges. Once you have the list, then you can go ahead with the list of success factors. Once you have them, you can go ahead and quantify your efforts.
