Hello Alida,
There are a lot of options – put KPIs on a dashboard, visualize them on a strategy map aligned with business goals, build some charts to show how specific KPIs are performance, create automatic notifications about the state of a KPI.
Most scorecard automation software will help with this. Have a look at BSC Designer PRO or BSC Designer Online, it does the job.

Aleksey SavkinAlida, it is a good topic for an article, I need to write one! In short I think the most important is to establish a measurement culture first. Most typical problems are that people are spending too much time on measuring what has nothing to do with their goals; and on the other hand, when something get wrong (indicator is in the red zone), management takes it too seriously and force employees to game indicators in future. A good measurement culture should promote the idea of educated experiments supported by KPIs. Again, it is a big topic, so hope to share a detailed article soon.
