Hi,
Thanks for your post. In order to manage overall performance it is advised to begin with a strategy map and a set of organizational objectives. In this instance would be the mission and vision as well as strategies for the technical institute and the objectives put in place to achieve those.
Now KPIs can be created in order to measure the performance of those objectives over given time periods. This will help to increase performance and take informed decisions especially if things are going wrong.
The types of KPIs you measure truly depend on the type of objectives. It can vary from HR – workforce performance, to outcome performance – often referred to as product/service etc.
