Are you looking to measure the reusability of components, or, from a business perspective, measure the number or % of reusable components?

For the latter you may choose to use KPIs such as:

Reusable Components %:
Total number of reusable components/ Total number of components x 100

You could monitor this monthly or even quarterly/annually, see the growth.

If your aim is to increase this % you may develop strategies/put in place systems or process that will help you this

The closer the measurement is, the more understanding and control you have over getting the result you want
