Thank you for your request. Here are a few KPI ideas for the fashion retail process, with some links with some of our relevant KPIs:

Product category ales as a % of all sales
Total sales for product category/ Total sales x 100

KPI: Measuring of Markdown Goods %

KPI: Sell-Through %

% of stock on display
% of stock that is no on display to customer
Here, just divide total stock on display or not on display by the total amount of stock.

% of Damaged Products
Total damaged products / total products x 100

% of Sales Returns
Total products returned/ Total products sold x 100

Ensure to measure all KPIs under given time periods (monthly, quarterly), and if used in strategic decisions, consider all external factors.
