This KPI will be used to track the Actions/behaviors that are good for social media marketing and lead generation. I have a few things I have tried, but there could be more.

The actions and behaviors are studied on social media sites for lead generation. This can be linked with the discussion into the area of Content management. If the contents on a site are homogeneous, then number of visitors can be a simple KPI. If it is heterogeneous like face book, then repetition of a particular "word" can be used as KPI.

While capturing frequency of any feeling we need a simple matrix. For example, if i am interested to find that in which age group people are interested to watch comedy show on TV. I will proceed as follows:

1. I will define "watching comedy show" as one measures

2. And age as another measure.

I open a face book discussion an throw(signal) a feeling about nay popular comedy show on regular TV channel in the region.

I also assume that i have heterogeneous members on my account with respect top age group. If not then i will send invitation (at random) to different age group Face book users.

Now The Viewing show is captured by the "phrases in comments section which express degree of liking and disliking.

Strongly Liking, Just Liking, It depends, dislike, Hate (will be placed on each column), and Below 20 years, Between 20 to 30, between 30 to 40, between 40 to 50, above 50 years on each row.

After tapping frequency in each cell we can get a simple idea about the viewing of the show.
