First there are different types of organizational culture. I believe it depends on the school of training one prescribes to. I have found that on average, academia prescribes to a model with about 6 different types of organizational culture. Each type of culture has a varying degree of performance and often depends on the size of the organization. These different types of organizations run from entrepreneurial where everyone does everything and everyone is aware of what is going on. As organizations grow in order to maintain performance and order, they must move to a more structured hierarchical process driven model. So if you want to measure the impact of organizational culture, then first determine what kind of culture currently exists, determine the size of the organization, and last nut not least, the answers are often best found by looking at how communications occurs in the organization. Add this to what Muhammad put so well above and I think you have a starting point.

It's attractive name but actually we well face a problem in measuring where most culture practices is attributes, for example how we can measure leadership, or respect among employees, we can use surveys as tools but my point of view that the results will still not accurate
