WinningKPI - Software Development/Quality - KPI for Measuring of Quality Assurance (QA) Personnel as a % of the Total Number of Application Developers posted in category Software Development/Quality This indicator is for measuring the QA personnel, as a % of the total no. of personnel in the application developers’ team. For instance, a software company that measures performance through Software Quality KPIs may find that their Number of Defects per FP or % of Bugs found by Clients has been increasing over the measured time period (e.g. month by month). In order to identify the cause of this and amend it, they may look at the % of QA personnel. A lower % in this KPI could answer why the quality performance has declined over time. Therefore, in this case, the employment of more QA experts may solve the performance problem. Formula: Total no. of QA staff / Total no. of application developers x100 KPI Units: % KPI Time Frame: update annually Posted by Oana Boteanu | Help to protect community: Flag for moderation Useful KPI?
