I think the good idea here is to build a strategy map where you can show major objectives as well as how particular team/individual contributes to the big objective.

In the same way you can cascade a big objective measures to the lower levels. You can do this on one single map or do a cascading (http://www.bscdesigner.com/improved-cascading-with-bsc-designer-pro.htm)
