KPI: Measuring of % of Goals Achieved vs. Goals Set

In order for this metric to portray accurate results, it is also very important to take into account any affecting factors.

For example, certain goals may have not been achieved due to unforeseen business circumstances. All these factors can be recorded in a database, which will improve future planning, especially contingency planning and risk management.
