On time delivery % (over given time period – once a month)
Total number of deliveries on time/Total number of deliveries x 100

Capacity Output %
Target Output/ Actual Output x 100

Solving production issues associated with new product implementation into factory processes.
Here you can use KPIs to identify the problems and then create strategies to solve them.
For instance, if you find that production lines of new products take longer than the rest of the products, measure KPIs related to that, set targets and build strategies to meet them.
