Dear Abdullah, A good idea might be to formulate business context first. You can use Balanced Scorecard framework and to illustrate how financial or community goals are linked by cause-and-effect connection with clients, and internal aspects of the business.Once the business part is clear, the choice of KPIs will be much easier.
