Good question! I think you already answered in particularly - first of all you need to come up with a sound plan to cooperate with big name hotels, and then finding KPIs is just a question of finding the way to measure your plan.
One step in your plan might be the design of the Balanced Scorecard, not that it will change something in your business right away, but in this way you are start speaking in the language of big hotel chains. For example Hilton has their Balanced Scorecard.
