I want to know if there’s any measures for Print Production. We currently have 2 large format printers, and plotters, along with a digital press and some binding equipment. I want to measure production rates and employee efficiency along the way. Any help on this matter is highly appreciated.

Hi Gabriel,
A good question to ask is what business challenge you are looking to solve. I’m sure you don’t just want to measure current efficiency, but find ways to improve it, and looking for KPis that will help with this. In such production-related environment it is good idea to start with finding bottlenecks, like it was described here. In this way you will find and focus on KPIs that matter for your business.
