our department creats KPI indicators which are they ( strerility test , waiting time , prescription errors, advers drug reaction reports, medication reconcilation, near miss rx and turn around time orders)
but until now these indicators have been developed slowly and not changed from 4 years ago.
I need to develop these indicators or add a new indicatores and how can I measure the results correctly?

I think the situation that you mentioned is actually a symptom, that KPis were developed without taking into account the business context.
In simple words first one needs to understand where the organization needs to move and only then the respective measurement method (KPI) should be suggested.
