KPI for Measuring of a cleanliness program in a school posted in category education

WinningKPI - education - KPI for Measuring of a cleanliness program in a school posted in category education KPI Expert I will be conducting a campaign for my school students about cleanliness in general . The age of the students is between 6 to 14 years old (students grade 1to grade 8). How do I measure the KPI for such a programme.

The KPI depends on what results you expect to achieve. I suppose that the ultimate goal is to see how students change their attitude to the cleanliness.

You might conduct some survey with cleanliness awareness questions and measure the number of correct answers.

Or you can choose some specific indicators of students' behavior in the school to see if your campaign is working and changing the way students act or not.
