Hello and thank you for your request. The first step I will take in helping you is by giving some guidance on how to create KPIs.

KPIs are essentially your business success metrics, it just depends what about your business success you want to measure. You mentioned you want to measure company growth for your BD teams around the world.
I suggest you start by defining your company growth goals and the relevant goals that have been delegated to the BD teams. Basically, define company objectives and team objectives.
Now your KPIs can be the metrics to measure those objectives, and monitor the progress that your BD teams make.
If you measure the KPIs against your objectives monthly, you will get strategic knowledge, vital for informed decision-making and strategy building.
I hope this helps, however, if you still have doubts about your KPIs, feel free to post again with some of your goals for the BD teams, and we will help you create KPIs for them.
