Would you be able to please give some further details of the type of work/projects done on your external network.
I see that you want to increase units by 70%. What is it that you want to increase by 70%?
Is it maintenance? Quality? Profit? Man-per-hour effort?

The more details you give us, the better we can advise you with KPIs suited to your needs.
