Thank you for your post. In order to redeem the maximum benefits out of the staff performance KPIs, best practice shows that starting with a strategy map has proven the most efficiency.
By creating a strategy map and organizational objectives, the KPIs can be drilled down into employees’ objectives. You can also apply the relevant KPAs, but this direction will ensure that you are measuring the objectives that work line in line with organizational goals.
