These indicators are for measuring of mining measurement process; Mining measurement process consist of a few of tasks, such as: mining mapping which used to blast the mining area (blasting target); evaluating the result of blasting, etc.
Because of the pressure and loading of works that are very much to the employees, so they demand other incentives in addition to their monthly salary.

KPI Units: % or index.

KPI Time Frame: update once a work cycle.

Many measures can be used here, but I believe it can be drilled down to performance management.

If you already have incentives in place and want to measure their success rate, depending on your incentive programs /systems, you may measure different KPIs.
Let us take for example that you have a benchmark of what you consider outstanding performance, and some high pay reward incentives are given for that.
In order to measure the success rate, you could compare the % of employees that received that reward over a given time period (e.g. yearly, and compare 5 years)

You can follow this KPI as example (see link below) and adapt it to your measurement:
