WinningKPI - Human Resource - KPI for Measuring of High performance culture posted in category Human Resource KPI Expert We tried using employee engagement and internal staff movement but those did not measure what they set out to measure. so we want a more valid and reliable measurement, please suggest as many relevants ones as possible it can be measured monthly on yearly.

The good start for the search of search measurement would be the definition of high-performance culture. What exactly do you mean by this, what principles you want your employees to follow?
