WinningKPI - HR - KPI for Measuring of employee motivation posted in category HR

KPI details:

This indicator is for measuring of the level of personal motivation. The idea is to measure and understand the level of personal motivation of employee. What indicators can help in this case?

My ideas: it is possible to measure the number of ideas suggested by employee, but this is not a quarantine that these ideas were actually useful. Measuring the time when employee stayed in office after work hours, might be useful, but again, tricky. Any ideas about this?

Research has shown that motivation can be measured. As mentioned that the ideas generated by employee is of course an indicator of motivation. We can measure it by the numbers of times idea was generated, number of processes the ideas were related, and so on. We may ask the expectation from employe who is under study for motivation. If he is able to measures his expectation - this shows that he is measuring his efforts and sacrifices. The reward he is expecting is the value of his efforts. And this reward can be used as a value to generate that very level of effort.
