 Please see below a few examples of KPIs that you can use in order to measure the effectiveness of the asset management process:
% of IT Asset Utilization: this looks at how many assets are in operation as a % of all assets
Total number of assets in operation / Total number of assets owned x 100
% of Assets used to their full potential
Total number of assets used to their full potential/ Total number of assets x 100
% of Assets not in operation (in repair/ not used )
Total number of assets not in operation / Total number of assets x 100
