WinningKPI - HR - KPI for cashier performance posted in category HR KPI Expert This indicator would be for measuring of cashier tendering process (performance) in a grocery store. Efficiency and speed of scanning and tendering customer orders to spend as little time as possible at the register, and more time keeping the store stocked and tidy. Ultimately reduce man hours needed to run store.

Hi Brandon,

You already mentioned several indicators like speed of scanning. The question is if these indicators are aligned with the strategy? If it is Tesco like retailer or family owned shop. The strategy will be different and the indicators will be different.
