The KPIs you create are dependent on your goals. Whatever your logistics strategy is, define the goals and measure them through KPIs. If you are trying to improve turnover, performance quality, tasks completed on time etc, create a KPI for each one of them.
Best would be to set ideal KPIs, of what your desired/planned goal is, and then measure it regularly (monthly, quarterly, annually) and see planned vs. actual performance.
