 Training is definitely a very important KPI for HR, especially when measuring the effectiveness of the training process.
See below some KPIs with comments related to training, discussed it in detail and with examples.
Measuring the productivity % before and after training is a great idea.
You could also measure work quality, task completed, time per time completed. Training could improve certain factors in the employee’s productivity, so it may be worth measuring them individually.
