KPI Expert Thank you for your request Senyo.

There are many ways to measure the performance of your new product, in a new market.

KPIs are essentially your measurements for performance, where performance refers to how well you are implementing your strategies and achieving your goals. Therefore, KPIs are fully subjective to your type of business, and not transferable (could be in terms of concept, but not in exact measurements).
What a good performance means to you may not be the same for another company.

As you mentioned you are new to KPIs, feel free to check our Sales KPIs article:

We actually have an article with tips on using KPIs for each major category, you will find the link at the bottom of the page at the respective category (e.g. project management, banking).

In terms of your request, create KPIs based on your strategies and goals for your new products entering the new markets.
For instance, if you planned to achieve a certain level of sales in the first quarter, measure that through a KPI such as:
New product in New Market Sales (or simply use the name of your product for this KPI title)
Add all sales for the first quarter and measure against your goals.

In time you can start measuring sales increase %.

If it is relevant to your business, you can also measure KPIs such as:

New product in new market sales (again, you can use your product name) as a % of total sales
Total new product in new market sales/Total sales x 100

Check out our sales category KPIs, you may find some relevant metrics in here:

I hope this helps. Feel free to post again for further support.
