This indicator is for measuring of the Client Satisfaction with services received in medic clinic; More details: The clinic offers Physiatry and physiotherapy services, as well as neurophysiology diagnostics.
One of the most common ways of measuring Client Satisfaction is via surveys. You could set a KPI as a benchmark of what ideal Client Satisfaction would be (realistic measure) and then you could measure this KPI against the benchmark monthly.
You may use online surveys, where you can contact your clients and direct them to giving their opinion via the surveys.
Otherwise, you could use post consultation surveys, where you can ask the clients to fill in a quick survey at the end. This latter option seems to be more efficient, as it is done whilst you are still interacting with the client.
