As I noted you mentioned the management of KPIs from all the organizational departments, this could be easily done by creating a strategy map and building KPIs for departments and teams and individuals based on organizational strategies.
If you use a BSC software (see our BSC Design software) you can monitor all organizational KPIs and drive strategic decision making.
