In terms of creating KPIs for manpower trolley management, I suggest identifying the main tasks/goals of trolley management. Based on those you can measure the % of tasks/goals covered.
You can also identify errors and measure the cause of it. Based on identifying the cause, you can implement strategies and measure the progress of the error management.
If you need further help, please send us a more information (taks, goals etc) and we can help you define KPIs tailored to your needs.
