KPI for Measuring of Average Real Estate Sales Leads Generated per Ad posted in category Real Estate

WinningKPI - Real Estate - KPI for Measuring of Average Real Estate Sales Leads Generated per Ad posted in category Real Estate Oana Boteanu This KPI is for measuring the number of sales leads generated per advertisement. This is calculated by dividing the total number of leads generated through adverts by the total number of adverts.
The KPI could also be measured on a lower scale, and take each individual advert and the number of leads that were generated through it. This measurement would give a more accurate figure and can be used for assessing the factors that influence lead generation.
For instance, the company may asses if the Google advert generated more leads than the radio advert.
The higher scale calculation using the formula below is also very useful for planning the marketing budget and assessing ROI.

Formula:
Total number of leads generated/ Total number of ads

KPI Units: number

KPI Time Frame: update at the end of marketing campaign, quarterly or annually

KPI Expert Example:

A real estate agency put in place a new advertising campaign (Google adverts) and wants to measure the number of sales leads generated per ad, in a 3 months period.

The formula would be calculated as below:
Total number of leads generated/ Total number of ads

Total number of leads generated: 90
Total number of ads: 15

Real Estate Sales Leads Generated per Ad:
90/15 = 6

Therefore, the agency is getting on average around 6 leads per Google Ad.
