I suggest you take a specific measurement period. If you business and the request for room makeover is different from one period to another, please ensure to measure over the period which is more significant.
For example, you can measure monthly:
% of Make-up Room Customer Requests Completed
Make-up Room Requested Completed / Total Make-up Room Requests x 100
% of Make –up Room Requests uncompleted
Make-up Room Requested Uncompleted / Total Make-up Room Requests x 100
Also you may want to identify reasons why requests were not completed
% of Make –up Room Requests uncompleted due to staff shortage
Make-up Room Requested Uncompleted / Total Make-up Room Requests uncompleted x 100
Similar to this you may create different KPIs based on relevant factors for incapacity of completing make-up requests.
After measuring your current business position, you can set goals and create strategies. Based on those you can continue using KPIs to track your progress.
