Thank you for an interesting request. In this case I would start with strategic objective that you want to achieve. What is your goal? Would you prefer to minimize raw materials at the warehouse or ensure quick delivery of material from the warehouse to manufacturing?

The result KPI will be determined by the strategic objective.
