Kpi’s room information and the way of doing the kpi’s . Like room cleaning how to describe to staff and make them to understand the flow cleaning to be done.

In terms of setting KPIs for the cleaning staff, you could use the following KPIs:
Cleaning Time per Room (similar to the Service Time per Room KPI from the link above)
– you could set a benchmark/ ideal time per room and use that as a measurement for the performance of the cleaning staff.
You may also measure the standard of cleaning , perhaps by once again setting a benchmark KPI.
Here you can use a ranking scale measure (cleanliness on a scale of 1-5) or % measure.
