Is there any template which aids me to create a KPI for my Company?
If yes, please send me the link.

Dear Eman,
Please, check out this article to find some ideas about Business Scorecard and KPIs for IT. Also, you can download there a template in BSC Designer PRO format or view it online in BSC Designer Online.
Also, I’d say, that it is 80% about strategy and strategy map (in the above mentioned link you have an example of a strategy map as well), and only 20% about KPIs (still very important).
