what are the KPIs related to the following strategic objectives:
1. Fostering social economic development of a marginalized community from the field of education and health?
2. Fostering cooperation among countries and marginalized cimmunities
3. Talent skills and development of a marginalized community

Hi Lakhdhar,
I believe just having these strategic objectives is not enough to define KPIs and you need to look more into the action plan that you plan to execute.
For example “Fostering social economic development” can mean building a new school, or conducting some education seminar. Different action plans imply different results, and as a result different ways to measure them.
It’s like when you are driving on the highway it makes sense measuring the distance in kilometers or miles from A to B, but when you are driving on a serpentine mountain road, then it makes more sense measuring the time you need to get from A to B. The distance might be short, but you will still need to spend a lot of time driving.
