Hello, I work in a pharmaceutical product supplier in Mongolia. We have a centralized logistics hub in a suburb area of the city. Our customers are located throughout the city and in order to improve our efficiency of the distribution process, we have to measure our distribution KPIs. What are the best indicators for distribution? Our strategy is to satisfy our customers with on-time deliveries. Meanwhile, we have to encourage our drivers to serve customers as many as possible everyday, because we have more than 250 customers and 9 drivers. Thank you in advance for your professional advise. Thank you for your question. The strategy is about understanding your current challenges, and suggesting some changes. A good thing to do first is to find out is what is limiting your business right now: what stops your company to serve your customers more efficiently and effectively.
