I am the CEO of a vocational skills training center in Zambia seeking to develop KPIs for the Centre which will propel it to success both in the quality of training provided and its financial health.

Hello Jolly,
I’d recommend to start not with KPIs, but with a clear defined strategy, and it might take some time to develop good strategy for your training center.
The starting point is to understand where you business is now, where it needs to go, what are the bottle necks, what are the challenges, how the value for your clients is created, how do leads appear, and so on. You can use BSC Designer software to formalize the strategy on the strategy map.
Answers to these question will actually help to understand what processes you need to monitor and what progress you need to track. Respective performance indicators will appear. If you need to ideas to get started, then you will find some ready to use KPIs pack for training here.
