I’d recommend to start not with KPIs, but with a clear defined strategy, and it might take some time to develop good strategy for your training center.
The starting point is to understand where you business is now, where it needs to go, what are the bottle necks, what are the challenges, how the value for your clients is created, how do leads appear, and so on. You can use BSC Designer software to formalize the strategy on the strategy map.
