 Hi, I am trying to establish KPIs and SLAs for few key departments in a Real estate company for clinical facilities. Few departments that i am targetting now includes the Sales and Leasing department, Procurement Department and Finance department. Can you some one list down few key measures that can be used to monitor the performance of these departments, please.
